Hi Terry, How are your weekend going? I'm studying a little!
Well, and about the Giver: I think Jonas changes a lot! First because he isn't scared anymore and second he is starting enjoying his assigment! And now, He wants to understand his world and the other world that he hasn't known about it!
I hope everybody has a wonderful weekend!
See all of you on Monday!
regards,

I really like this book and it's very interesting the way that they see the things. and for me it's very interesting that they don;t know anything about the colors and for me it's a bad thing because the nature has wonderful colors!!!!

I think is very sad the people in the community are living in a bubble trying be safe, but at the same time they are missing the beautiful things in the life, the weather, feel deep feelings, and in some way they are very innocent, if someday they will be out of the community, maybe will not survive.
Have a very good weekend, see you on Monday. Byeeeeeeee

My opinion can be a wrong answer on teacher’s questions but, first of all, I want to ask follows.
Why did not the elders use the computer to receive memory? I think that the computer systems are easer to save, to transfer, and to keep than human who controlled too hard…..
Anyway, Jonas' training is the process of knowing of real life after finished basic education coarse. I think the Giver is a metaphor for the world that provide someone the meaning of life to acknowledge.
The more reading the Giver story, I get the more interesting it is…
